Cancellation Policy

01How cancellations work

All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing by email. A cancellation takes effect on the business day we receive your written notice, and the charges below are calculated from that date against your confirmed departure date.

02Cancellation Charges

The curation fee is non-refundable once charged.

For all other travel components, including airfare, accommodation and transportation, cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective service providers.

The applicable terms and cancellation charges will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking, when the booking is confirmed.

03Amendments and date changes

A request to change dates, routes or travellers after confirmation is treated as a re-booking. Supplier amendment fees and any difference in fare or rate will apply; where a change is not possible, the cancellation charges above may apply instead. We will confirm all costs with you before making any change.

04Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 business days after we receive the corresponding amount from the respective supplier. Wherever possible, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

However, in most cases, suppliers may issue a credit note or travel voucher/token instead of a cash refund, which can be used towards a future booking with TTB Experiences, subject to the applicable terms and validity period.

For bookings involving foreign currency, the refund amount may be affected by prevailing forex rates, exchange-rate fluctuations and applicable mark-ups or charges, and the amount refunded may therefore differ from the original INR amount paid.

05Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions or other force majeure events, any refund, credit, rebooking or alternative arrangement will be subject to the terms and amounts recoverable from the respective suppliers. We will make reasonable efforts to secure the maximum possible refund or credit on your behalf and assist with rescheduling wherever feasible. Any unrecoverable supplier costs, applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable fees will be borne by the client.

06Travel insurance

Because cancellation charges can be significant close to departure, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical needs and disruption for every traveller on your booking.
