The terms that govern enquiries, proposals and bookings made with TTB Experiences.

About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and TTB Experiences, a travel curation company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. They apply to every enquiry, proposal and confirmed booking made with us. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone travelling under it.

Our services

We design and curate bespoke travel itineraries and arrange bookings with independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transport providers and experience operators. Unless expressly stated, we act as an agent for those suppliers rather than the provider of the underlying travel services.

Quotes and bookings

Every journey begins with a written proposal. Prices quoted are indicative until the relevant services are confirmed, and may change with availability, exchange rates or supplier pricing. A booking is confirmed only when we have received your written acceptance and the advance payment specified in your proposal.

Pricing and payments

Prices are quoted in US Dollars or Indian Rupees, as specified in each proposal. Payment schedules are set out in the proposal; bookings may be released or repriced if payments are not received on time. Any bank charges, transfer fees or currency-conversion costs are borne by the traveller.

Traveller responsibilities

Each traveller is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate names, dates and details exactly as they appear on travel documents.
  • Holding a valid passport, visas, permits and health documentation required for the destinations visited.
  • Meeting check-in, immigration and other travel deadlines.
  • Arranging comprehensive travel insurance, which we strongly recommend for every journey.

Supplier terms

Each airline, hotel and service provider applies its own terms and conditions to the services it provides, including rules on changes, refunds and conduct. We will make the key conditions known to you as part of your proposal, and the supplier’s own terms apply to its services.

Changes and cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, our Cancellation Policy applies together with the relevant supplier terms. Changes requested after confirmation may incur supplier fees and fare differences, which we will always confirm with you before proceeding.

Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers, and we will always assist if something goes wrong. However, we are not liable for acts, omissions or failures of independent suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, natural disasters, strikes, government action or transport disruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, imagery, itineraries and design — belongs to TTB Experiences and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
